Calumet Civil Contractors, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is requesting participation from registered MBE,WBE, VBE and DOBE firms interested in providing bids for the construction of ST-46-018 S. County Line Rd. &Madison Ave. Intersection Improvements and SD-04-068 Haverstick Creek Regional Detention Basin for The City of Indianapolis. The following trades may be included in this work: Concrete,Seeding/Erosion Control, Excavation, Hauling, Construction Engineering, and Maintenance of Traffic. Calumet also requests subcontractors to provide additional MBE/WBE/DBE/DOBE participation concerning supply of materials,engineering, shipping, transportation of goods, fuel, or other items incidental to its work. If a MBE/WBE/VBE/DOBE could not perform all work, please notify us. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Please provide all questions and comments no later than 12:00 on Thursday July 10, 2025 in writing. Questions and comments not addressed in an addendum are non-binding.
