Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Portsmouth, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,239-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Contractor shall perform all required Work and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment and utility and transportation service and all else required to complete the construction of the Public Works Warehouse and Staff Buildings Improvements project all in strict accordance with the Drawings and Specifications, including any and all Addenda, and in strict compliance with the Contract Documents, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. It is understood and agreed that said labor, materials, tools, equipment and service shall be furnished and said Work performed and completed under the direction and supervision of the Contractor and subject to the approval of the Owner or its authorized representative. Construction of Public Works warehouse and staff building ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH PURCHASING STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The Work under this Project consists of the construction of a new warehouse and staff building with parking lot and access drive to accommodate the new buildings. Included in this project is the construction of both buildings, asphalt parking lot, concrete sidewalk and handicap ramp, BMP, drainage structures, pipes, and signs, as well as utility connections.
