o Removal of an existing 100' guy wire tower o Design, foundation, supply and construction of a new 100' self-supporting tower o Associated construction services to include: An ice bridge to an existing shelter Tower and site grounding to Motorola R56 specifications New 24'x40' fenced compound Original bid bonds are required to arrive in hard copy to the following address no later than five (5) days after the bid deadline: Attn: Sam Schmitt, Chairman Fayette County 911 Service Board 220 N. Industrial Parkway West Union, IA 52175 In addition to the Bid Bond requirement, the successful Contractor shall provide an executed Performance Bond and Payment Bond, with sureties and in a form acceptable to Fayette County. Each Performance and Payment Bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. The final bonds executed shall be presented to Fayette County within fourteen (14) days after notice of the acceptance of the bid. Failure to furnish said bond within the required time frame shall result in forfeiture of the 10% certified check or bid bond. The Fayette County 911 Service Board reserve the right to waive any and all technicalities and/or irregularities, to reject any and all bids, and to defer acceptance of any bid for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of letting
