The Board of Education of St. Mary's County on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools(SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Vendors for the material, service, tools, delivery, permits, and labor required for ACM Flooring Abatement at Oakville Elementary School at 26410 Three Notch Road, Mechanicsville, MD 20659, in accordance with the scope of work and specifications outlined herein. Vendors shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction while meeting project specifications and requirements. Site Location: Oakville Elementary School (OES), 26410 Three Notch Road, Mechanicsville, MD 20659. The resulting contract shall be awarded for a period of 90 days from Notice of Award. SMCPS reserves the right to award the requirements of this bid in total or in part as it determines to be in the best interest of SMCPS. SMCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards. Contract awards are subject to the availability of funding. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice. The resulting work and award will start after December 20, 2024 and be completed by December 27, 2024. Scheduling of work will be coordinated and approved by the Department of Maintenance at SMCPS.
