Renovation of a recreation facility in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
This project will consist of removal of the existing roof system in its entirety, removal of light weight concrete from existing roof deck, removal of existing roof deck, and removal of existing curbs, gutters, down spouts and other items per Construction Documents. Installing new metal roof deck, rigid roof insulation, single ply roof system, curbs, gutters, down spouts and other items per Construction Documents. Questions will be due by 5:00 p.m. on 1/3/2025 Bidding questions shall be submitted on the online All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the website or in the form of a written addendum posted on online. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check.
