Lambert Subdivision Sewer & Water Main Improvements Site Address: Lambert Subdivision Site Directions: Labonte Road from Richards to Fetterman Street / Fetterman St. from Adams St. to the Lambert Subdivision boundary. Description: The Project includes the following Work: Water and sewer utility upgrades and extensions within Douglas, WY to serve the anticipated build-out of the John Lambert No. 2 Subdivision. Project generally includes upsizing of sanitary sewers to a new 14" HDPE trunk line by pipe bursting 1,950 ft. of undersized 8" PVC sewer pipe along Labonte Road from Richards to Fetterman Street. The project includes sewer upsizing/extensions with 1,240 ft. of 12" PVC sewer pipe and a 500-ft. extension of 12" PVC water main along Fetterman St. from Adams St. to the Lambert Subdivision boundary. The project also includes the reconstruction of roadways, curb and gutter, driveway approaches, and sidewalks.
