Renovation of a recreation facility in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,042-square-foot recreation facility.

The overall project includes multiple small projects within the property of the Wyoming State Fair grounds. The project consists of all materials, labor, equipment, and in one case design, necessary to complete the project from start to finish. Bidder shall use the descriptions below to help determine how to breakout their bids for the purpose ofthis project. The descriptions below are not all inclusive. Where an item does not appear in the descriptions below the Bidder shall use their best professional judgement and incorporate those items into one of the listed category descriptions. It is the responsibility ofthe Bidder to make sure they are submitting an all-inclusive bid to construct this project in its entirety as described in these bid documents. Midway Restroom Reroof - This item shall consist of removing the existing asphalt shingle roof, roof felt, ice and water shield, gutters and downspouts, along with a small area of exterior wall/siding for a new louver. The new work shall include providing additional ductwork to existing exhaust fan ductwork and extending to a new wall louver, install new ice and water shield, roof felt, shingles, roof vents, gutters, downspouts, splash blocks, sealant, etc. and all materials, labor and equipment necessary for a complete installation. Host Committee Building -- This item shall consist of disconnecting the existing premanufactured structure from existing utilities and removing/demolishing the existing structure. Provide a new premanufactured structure, interior insulation, interior wall finish, counter tops, sink, aluminum ramp structure, additional painted exterior trim work, reuse existing water heater, reconnect to existing utilities, install new lighting and receptacles, etc. and all materials, labor and equipment necessary for a complete installation. New Bleachers - This item shall include the demolition and removal of bleachers 1 through 10, provide and install new bleachers 1 through 10 including anchoring to concrete slabs, as necessary, and all materials, labor and equipment necessary for a complete installation. Related Items: Alternate #5 - Demolish existing bleachers 11 thru 14 and provide and install new bleachers 11 thru 14 and all materials, labor and equipment necessary for a complete installation Fort Fetterman Interior Renovation - This item shall consist ofselective demolition ofinterior lighting and screen wall, firring out stud walls around the perimeter, providing specialty access doors to electrical panels, extending junction boxes for light switches, receptacles and other electrical equipment through the furred stud walls, provide new interior lighting, suspended acoustic panels, drywall, prime and paint, new overhead door, handrails/guardrails, sealant, etc. and all materials, labor and equipment necessary for a complete installation. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the online by 5:00 p.m. MT on December 6, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the online or in the form of a written addendum posted on online by 3:00 p.m. MT on December 11, 2024. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
