Renovation of an educational facility in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Board of Trustees, Converse County School District No. 1 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the Douglas Middle School Reroof. The work includes, but is not limited to; removal of the existing roof system down to the existing metal deck, removal of the existing fascia and soffit system, abandonment of the internal gutters and downspouts. A new sloped standing seam concealed fastener metal roof system over coverboard, rigid insulation and vapor barrier with external gutters and downspouts. A fully adhered single ply membrane will be used for the flat roofs over coverboard, rigid tapered insulation and vapor barrier. New fascia and soffit system will be a concealed fastened system to match/compliment the standing seam roof. See specifications for alternates. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier s Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the proposal. The successful bidder shall provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Preference will be given to Wyoming Contractors as defined by Wyoming Statutes Section 16-6-101, et seq. The bidder is required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all proposals, or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding. Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFIs (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Britt Morgan at Plan One/Architects at bmorgan@planone.com, with a copy to Mitch Johnson at mitchjohnson@ccsd1.org . Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents shall be made by Addendum no later than January 9, 2025. Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents made in any other manner will not be binding, and bidders and sub-bidders shall not rely upon them. Requests to use "Alternate, or Equal Products" other than those specified in the contract documents are due no later than 4:30 p.m., January 6, 2025. Bidders and sub-bidders must submit via email directly to Britt Morgan at Plan One/Architects at bmorgan@planone.com, with a copy to Mitch Johnson at mitchjohnson@ccsd1.org , all manufacturer's specifications, descriptive literature, finishes and fabrics available, and any other pertinent information requested, for product approval will not be accepted. Addenda regarding any of the above will be provided to all who are known by the issuing office to have received a complete set of procurement documents not later than January 10, 2025
