Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project generally consists of a parking lot and sidewalk replacement, striping, storm sewer improvements, planter bed construction, along with planting and irrigation installation. Each Bid must be submitted on the Bid Form, accompanied by Bid security, as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders, payable to the City of Douglas (OWNER) in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount Bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional Bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Work, as prescribed in the Bidding Documents. To perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors, prior to contract award, shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by State Statutes, federal and local laws, and regulations. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Question Deadline 11/21/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered
