Krause Memorial Library Renovation and Addition Package 01 (BP1). BP1 includes the following individual work scopes: Work Category 02.1: Selective Demolition Work Category 03.1: Concrete (Foundations, Footings & Interior Flatwork) Work Category 05: Structural Steel Work Category 07: Roofing Work Category 26.1: Electrical Systems (Temporary Utility + Job Hookups) Work Category 31: Earthwork and Site Utilities Subcontractor trade bids will be received for work as delineated in the project manual and drawing set issued for Bid Package 01. Electronic bid documents can be obtained from the Design-Builder at 1811 4 Mile Road NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525, Kathleen Lucas, klucas@weareprogressive.com, on or after July 18, 2025. City of Rockford reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the district's best interest and may select a bidder other than the lowest bidder in accordance with the terms stated in the notice.
