Renovation of a municipal facility in Cleona, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing interior walls, construction of new interior walls and rooms, removal of existing electrical equipment, installation of new electrical equipment, installation of new plumbing equipment and pipes, removal of existing HVAC systems, installation of new HVAC systems and equipment, and all other construction work required to satisfactorily complete the project, Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Cleona Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via the "Public Q&A" feature in PennBid. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
