The project estimate is $1,704,673.00 All Questions must be submitted in writing via email to Mike Coulter, R.A. Deadline for submitting questions is 12:00 PM, Tuesday, November 19, 2024. Questions received after that time will not be responded to. All answers will be distributed through the District's web site and posted at Key Blue Print as an Addendum. Bid security 5% (Certified cashier's check) Start Date 05/27/2025 substantial completion July 19,2025 and Final completion August 2, 2025. WORK 1. Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, the General Contract, which will cover all scopes of work necessary to construct the Project. 2. The Contractor awarded the General Contract (General Contractor) will be responsible for the performance and coordination of any and all subcontractors and suppliers either directly or indirectly contracted with the General Contractor. 3. Subject to a prior, written request from the Bidder and prior authorization from the Owner, Owner may provide Bidders access to the Project site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies.
