East Putnam Regional RO Membrane Replacement Project - Rebid The RO plant has three (3) RO membrane trains; Train A, B, and C. Only ONE RO train can be taken offline at a time. This project will progress in phases; phase one: Train B, phase two: Train C, and phase three: Train A. Putnam County will only accept the completion of a phase AFTER it has successfully went through the start-up portion of the scope of work. The contractor cannot proceed to the next phase until the current phase is complete. Train A Materials: Provide eighty-four (84) Toray TMG20D-440 membrane elements installed in RO trains at the Putnam RO plant. The RO train has an 8-4 array of 7-element Protec vessels. Provide twenty-four (24) Protec side port vessel endcap head seals and six (6) permeate port to membrane adapters. Quote is to include associated freight/shipping costs and any ancillary materials to provide a completed, operational installation. BOND (S) BID BOND - Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the COUNTY for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. As soon as the BID prices have been compared, the COUNTY will return the BONDS of all except the three lowest responsible BIDDERS. When the Agreement is executed, the Bonds of the two remaining unsuccessful BIDDERS will be returned. The BID BOND of the successful BIDDER will be retained until the payment BOND and the performance BOND have been executed and approved, after which it will be returned. A certified check may be used in lieu of a BID BOND. PERFORMANCE BOND in the amount of 100% of the CONTRACT PRICE, from a corporate surety approved by the COUNTY will be required from the awarded vendor. PAYMENT BOND in the amount of 100% of the CONTRACT PRICE, from a corporate surety approved by the COUNTY will be required from the awarded vendor. Contract Term If awarded, the successful bidder will enter into a contract with the County based on the solicitation specifications and the results. Putnam County BOCC has the option and reserves the right to extend the contract beyond the initial contract term of February 25, 2025 - June 19, 2025 by mutual consent of the parties.
