Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Yreka, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project will consist or ripping out and remove the existing parking lot and update the ADA path of travel at the County's Government Center located at 311 4 th Street, back parking lot off Oregon and Butte. Contractor will haul off all debris and properly dispose of it, and then repave the parking lot and ADA path in compliance, also adhering to the plans for storm water regulations with the approved and permitted plans set forth in the Attachment "B". Contractor must include the basic size or square footage of the Project area to assist in the asphalt bid calculations, and include any defensible and more detailed Scope of Work describing the Project. Q&A period: November 18th to November 25th, 2024 Cost Estimate: $400,000.00 - $470,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions must be received in writing and should be addressed to Amanda Kimball, Director of Facilities Management at 1312 Fairlane, Suite 4, Yreka, CA 96097 or akimball2@co.siskiyou.ca.us. The deadline to submit questions is November 25th 2024. The County of Siskiyou reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The County reserves the right to award multiple contracts as a result of this Request for Bids (RFB).
