Question Acceptance Deadline 12/13/2024 02:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online Yes Bid Price must include a 5% Bid Bond and cost of Payment and Performance Bonds. The successful Bidder will be required to post a 100% Payment and Performance Bond. The Town of East Greenwich acting through its Town Manager, reserves the right to independently reject any or all Proposals, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Proposal, and to make award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed to be in the interest of the Town of East Greenwich. The date of Substantial Completion is October 31, 2026.
