The Contractor will provide to the Department of Water Resources (DWR), San Luis Field Division (SLFD), all labor, equipment, and parts for the maintenance of all roll-up doors in the San Luis Field Division. The Contractor will provide scheduled inspections twice a year (biannually) and will include a written report of the condition of the doors to DWRs Contract Manager. The Contractor must repair or replace roll-up doors to their full, proper, and safe operating condition. The Contractor must provide maintenance, as requested, and estimates for labor and materials required for maintenance. Technical questions must be submitted by December 3, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. Answers to technical questions will be disseminated by December 6, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. Inquiries regarding the processing of this bid should be referred to Lisa Huff at (209) 827-5113. The Contractor must possess and display proof of a valid Contractor's C61 or D28 license or greater during the duration of this agreement. Anticipated start date of agreement is April 1, 2025 The services will be performed at: San Luis O&M Center 31770 Gonzaga Road, Gustine, California 95322 Coalinga O&M Sub-Center 24001 South Fresno Coalinga Road, Coalinga, California 93210 Gianelli Pumping Plant 31770 Gonzaga Road, Gustine, California 95322 Dos Amigos Pumping Plant 25001 Pole Line Road, Los Banos, California 93635 The anticipated term of this agreement is three (3) years.
