Reference Number 0000282282 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/28 02:00:00 PM EST 1. The requirements contained in this schedule apply to all Rubbish Removal Services Work. The Work consists of Rubbish Removal tasks which are to be completed in vacant units.2 From historical data, the typical number of Works Orders issued for vacant unit cleaning Work in 2023 is shown in the table below: Number of Units Number of Vacant Units 1,129 Rubbish Removal 634 A current copy of the Offerors certificate of insurance. The Offeror shall provide and maintain during the term of the Contract commercial general liability insurance acceptable to OCH and subject to limits of not less than $5,000,000 inclusive per occurrence for bodily injury, death and damage to property including loss of use thereof as further described in Schedule F - Sample Contract. OCH must be added as additional insured on the Offeror's certificate of insurance. The Contract term will be for three (3) years (the Term) with the option for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions. During the initial three (3) year term, pricing will be fixed. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
