The Delaware County Regional Water Quality Control Authority (DELCORA) will receive sealed bids online for LIQUID CHLORINE IN ONE TON CYLINDER. A bid bond or certified check for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. All required bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Question Deadline 11/28/2024 All questions shall be directed to Pamela Caulk, Procurement Coordinator, in writing no less than ten (7) working days before the Bid opening date. The accepted bid will be awarded by the DELCORA Board of Directors at a subsequent public meeting. DELCORA reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids, and exercise its judgement as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered. Award of the contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Bids may be held by DELCORA for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the Contract. DELCORA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
