CUSD - Cheerleader Locker Room Renovations - The scope of work includes renovations to the Cheerleader Locker Room to include, upgraded flooring, ceiling grid, lighting, counters, painting, and lockers. Renovations to Both Rooms Include the Following: a. Removal of all existing features to include mirrors, counters, ceiling grid and tiles, lighting, lockers, cove base, lighting, HVAC registers/returns and all items necessary to successfully install new improvements. b. New improvements include new ceiling grid, ceiling tiles, lighting, lockers, electrical upgrades, mirrors, painting, resinous flooring, cove base, door upgrades, and toilet room upgrades. c. Specifically, \contractor shall install new pre-fabricated cheerleader locker modules, with integrated lighting and power. By Foreman Locker Systems or approved equal. d. New paintings and finishes. e. Contractor shall refer to attached schedule and specifications for additional information.
