Chester High School Roof Rehabilitation Questions Due Date: Feb 24th 2025, 4:00 PM EST The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a new built-up roofing system, flashing upgrades, insulation upgrades, deck repairs, roof drain repairs, sealing of perimeter coping, removal and re-installation of lighting protection system, and select removal and patching of abandoned rooftop equipment. Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract.
