Reference Number 0000282276 1 The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) requires a Company to supply SIKA Emaco S440 Repair Mortar on an as required basis for various structural rehabilitation projects throughout the TTC. 2 The Company is required to maintain a minimum four (4) skids in stock at all times to ensure prompt delivery of the TTCIs minimum order request of four (4) skids. 60 Bags per skid 25 KG/55 LBS. per bag .3 The designated TTCIs Representative will phone, fax, or e-mail an order request to the Company, who will in turn provide a quote with complete proposed pricing and delivery information to the TTCIs Representative. Material shall be delivered within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours. 4 In the event of shortages of supply of Sika Emaco S440 Repair Mortar, the Company shall be able to supply MasterFlow 928 as a substitute. The term of the Contract shall be for up to three (3) years commencing upon notification of award with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms at the sole discretion of the TTC under the same terms and conditions, subject to acceptable price negotiations and satisfactory performance.
