The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) seeks a qualified vendor (Contractor) to locate, identify, and appropriately mark (2) two underground DC Water assets, including water and sewer services up to the property line, before excavation work is performed by DC Water and other excavators. The work to be conducted by the Contractor shall comply with the applicable codes for the jurisdiction(s) (i.e. the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia) in which the underground utilities are located.
