Electrical repairs and improvements to the infrastructure at two newly acquired warehouses located at 225 North Stewarts Lane in Danville, Kentucky. The facility will be the new location for the Boyle County Recycling and Public Works Center. SUMMARY: Boyle County Fiscal Court has purchased two warehouses on North Stewarts Lane to renovate and relocate the County's Recycling and Public Works Center. TIMELINE: BCFC hopes to have the departments relocated no later than June 30, 2025. PROJECT SCOPE: o Assess and create a plan for the installation, replacement, and repair of electrical wiring, outlets, and fixtures. o Pull all inactive wires. o Create a plan and install LED lighting. o Evaluate panels for upgrades and breaker replacements and remove unneeded panel boxes. o Assist in creating an electrical plan for office build-out o Willingness to work with our large equipment vendors on power needs and locations as they relocate recycling equipment to the new facility. o Compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards. o Successful bidder must be registered and current with the Boyle County Tax Administrator's Office.
