Renovation of a municipal facility in Danville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 90,000-square-foot municipal facility.
Boyle County Fiscal Court (BCFC) is accepting proposals to repair the metal roofing and attached guttering system, repair metal siding and remove skylights on two newly acquired properties at 225 North Stewarts Lane that will house Public Works and our Solid Waste/Recycling agencies. These two warehouses have metal roofing with numerous leaks that require immediate attention. PROJECT SCOPE Estimate that the existing materials are at least 26-gauge metal roofing Buildings combined are 90,000 SF Work on both buildings should be completed as one project. Evaluate areas that are leaking and mitigate problems so that construction can begin. Evaluate & repair leaks around the industrial sized guttering system that is attached to roofing on Building 2. Evaluate & repair leaks around skylights with option to remove them in both Building 1 and Building 2. Evaluate & repair the metal siding and recommend repairs to Building 1.
