Renovation of a mixed-use development in Danville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
Boyle County Fiscal Court seeks experienced heating and air firms to replace the heat system and install air conditioning in offices of two warehouses that will be the future home to Boyle County's Public Works Department and the Solid Waste/Recycling Center. All questions and requests for clarification concerning this document must be addressed in writing to Julie Wagner, County Administrator at julie.wagner@boylecountyky.gov or by calling 859-238-1100 ext 120. Please do not contact any other representatives during the RFP process. Fiscal Court desires to have these departments relocated no later than June 30, 2025. Desired heat type is Radiant Tube Type Gas Heat. In recommending the size (BTU's) of the heating units, the successful bidder should evaluate the space, taking in to consideration which zones will be occupied and those used for storage. These two warehouses are located at 225 North Stewarts Lane in Danville Kentucky. Building 1: Solid Waste/Recycling Center 52,000 sf Building 2: Public Works Center 30,000 sf Contact Person: Julie R.
