Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Durand, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Durand Area School District will accept bids for a new boiler condensate/feed tank as specified below: o New 300 gallon condensate/feed tank o Remove and dispose of existing feed tank and pumps o Installation of new tank o Control panel wired/mounted o Disconnect and cover interlock o Pump Contractors and circuit breakers o HOA switches and pump running lights o Control circuit transformer o Three pumps o 1 1/4 " pump suction piping installed, including isolation valves and strainers o Square D float switch and 3/4 " solenoid make-up water valve o Gauge glass assembly o Dial Thermometer o Drain tap and tank bottom o Provide all necessary piping and electrical to relocate the new condensate feed tank system to boiler room Durand Area Schools reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
