Renovation of a municipal facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Conservation of sandstone units on the north and south elevation second floor balconies, which includes the following types of repairs: a. Complete stone unit replacement. b. Dutchman repair. c. Plastic repair. d. Redress/retool repair. e. Stitch/pin repair. f. Remove coating repair. g. Remove parging repair. h. Injection grout repair. i. Recaulk repair. j. Repointing. .2 Supply of Paskapoo Sandstone for all sandstone conservation and replacement Work. .3 Removal and replacement of all balcony balustrade cap and deck cornice copper flashing. .4 Removal of existing deck coating and replacement with sheet and liquid waterproofing membrane coating. .5 Replacement of balcony deck drains. .6 Various selective demolition, deconstruction, and re-installation as required to perform the above Work. .7 Re-sodding damaged sod.
