Evergreen Drive Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. Work under this Contract generally involves: Installation of approximately 940 feet of 2-inch and 410 feet of 1- 1/4-inch HDPE sanitary sewer pipe by horizontal directional drilling, 1- air release manhole, 2- cleanout assemblies, 1- curb stop/check valve, and restoration work. Each Bid must be submitted on the Bid Form provided in the bidding documents and accompanied by a Bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or Bid bond with corporate surety payable to the Harborcreek Township Sewer Authority in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid price. Contractors must comply with the PA Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates, as specified in the Contract Documents. Bids may be held by the Authority for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications for bidders prior to awarding the Contract.
