Question Deadline 11/18/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions Online Portal containing any available bid results for the furnishing of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) water pipe conforming with A.W.W.A. Standard C900-16. Contract R018-25 Furnish P.V.C. Pipe for the Period JANUARY 1, 2025 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2025 as follows: C900 CL235 DR18 PVC Pipe in Sizes 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 30 and 36 inches C900 CL305 DR14 PVC Pipe in Sizes 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 inches Pvendors Who Are Awarded Contracts Are Assessed a Variable Award Fee Based on the Type of Contract. Term Contracts Award Fee is 1/6% (.00166) of the Expected Value of the Contract for the Time Period of the Awarded Contract. The Award Fee Shall Be No Less Than $100 and No Greater Than $5,000. Prices Quoted Shall Be Firm for the Period of January 1, 2025 Through June 30, 2025. The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Accept Any Bid or Any Portion of the Bid It Deems in Its Best Interest.
