Contract R021-25 452 Tons of Liquid Chlorine 150000 Pounds of Sodium Permanganate 2055 Tons of Caustic Soda 250 Tons of Liquid Linear Phosphate 2230 Tons of Polyaluminum Chloride 25 Tons of Liquid Zinc Orthophosphate 8000 Gallons of Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5% 1000 Gallons of Liquid Ammonium Sulfate 40%. Term Contracts Award fee is 1/6% (.00166) of the expected value of the contract for the time period of the awarded contract. The award fee shall be no less than $100 and no greater than $5000. The awarded vendor will also be responsible for providing MAWC with their vendor items numbers. Prices quoted shall be firm for the period of APRIL 1 2025 THROUGH MARCH 31 2026. The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid received to reject any bids or to accept any bid it deems in its best interest.
