Furnish Ductile Iron Standard Fittings Ductile Iron Compact Fittings April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 Vendors who are awarded contracts are assessed a variable award fee based on the type of contract. Term Contracts award fee is 1/6% of 1% (.00166%) of the initial contract award amount. The award fee shall be no less than $100 and no greater than $5,000 The successful bidder shall provide the Authority with a surety bond, acceptable to the Authority, for the faithful performance of the contract, within ten (10) days after the Authoritys formal notification of contract award. The amount of the surety bond shall be $5,000.00 The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid or any portion of the bids it deems in its best interest.
