Site work and paving for a road / highway in New Stanton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The 2024 Scottdale paving consists of paving 760 Tons and the replacement sidewalks with ADA Crosswalks. Any questions concerning the project, locations, and the bidding procedure can be addressed by calling Widmer Engineering at 724-626-1909 ext. 212. When permitted, in lieu of certified checks, bid bonds to be approved by the Owner, may be furnished by the Bidders and their Sureties, A 10% Bid Bond is required to execute the agreements for the Project. than one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price, and a labor and material payment bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount, covering payment in full for all services rendered, and materials furnished. Notice to Proceed will not be issued, just the Agreement, and the amount of liquidated damages to be charged against the Contractor shall be $500.00 per day. The Bidder shall understand that the time limit indicated for completion of this Contract shall be between May 15 and August 1 of the bidding year.
