Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Stanton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Loucks and North Grant Storm Sewer Project consists of installing storm sewer and catch basins along Loucks and North Grant and tying into existing inlets and restoration with asphalt resurfacing. The 2024 Scottdale paving consists of paving on 3rd street and the replacement of ADA Crosswalks. Any questions concerning the project, locations, and the bidding procedure can be addressed by calling Widmer Engineering at 724-626-1909 ext. 212. A 10% Bid Bond is required to execute the agreements for the Project. Prevailing Wages will be required. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons who are registered as having obtained Contract Documents. All addenda will be issued to the email addresses rherbert@widmerengineering.com. Delivery confirmation to the email address provided will constitute a receipt of the addenda by the contractor. It is the contractor's responsibility to check their email addresses at appropriate intervals. Any questions regarding the project must be sent via email to seby@widmerengineering.com. All questions and answers will be posted electronically. Questions will not be answered via phone calls during bid stage. Incorrect or incomplete information could disqualify your bid.
