**As of February 28th, 2025, the project was awarded to Islandwide Fencing, Inc., with an awarded amount of $11,413.61. Contractor shall visit the site and verify all existing conditions prior to submitting a bid for this project. Honoka'a Transfer Station days of operation are Monday-Sunday with hours from 6:00 am to 6:00 p.m. Contractor may visit the site anytime during operational days and hours. 2. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the project. 3. Contractor shall remove and dispose of approximately 70 linear feet of 4' high chain link fencing fabric and fence posts on top of the retaining wall. Fence posts shall be cut and the bases shall be cored and removed from the retaining wall. 4. Contractor shall dispose of removed materials. Contractor shall not dispose of any materials at the Honoka'a Transfer Station. 5. Contractor shall Install new approximately 70 linear feet of new 4' high chain link fence with top and bottom rails, including all fencing hardware, on top of the concrete retaining wall. 6. Contractor shall install warning barriers and warning tape for the area of the work as necessary or as requested by the County of Hawaii Representative. 7. All of the County of Hawaii Solid Waste Division Operations shall remain open to the public and operations staff during the construction work during regular operational hours for the Honoka'a Transfer Station.
