Wailoa Small Boat Harbor Comfort Station Sewer Lateral Connection, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii The purpose of this Request for Quotations is to award to a Contractor work that shall generally consist of paying for all materials, tools, equipment, labor and other incidental work necessary to furnish, deliver and install approximately 190 linear feet of 4" and 6" PVC sewer line, clean outs and connection to existing county system, and closure of an existing abandoned cesspool, for the comfort station located at Wailoa Small Boat Harbor in Hilo, Hawaii. Due to the nature of work contemplated, bidders must possess a valid State Contractor's license A, C-37, C-37a, or C-43. The estimated cost of construction is $183,480.00. The Engineering Branch Head is responsible for administering and overseeing the Contract, including monitoring and assessing contractor performance.
