Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to construct a pole barn at the Department's W.T. Wooten Wildlife Area Headquarters, located at 2134 Tucannon Road, Pomeroy, Washington 99347, GPS Coordinates 46.336627, -117.676679, in Columbia County. Bid Bond: For bids of $35,000 or less, no bid guarantee is required. Bids greater than $35,000 shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife in an amount equal to at least five-percent of the bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the bidder will execute the Contract and give separate bond as required, see Section 00702.06. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by May 2, 2025. Final Completion shall be achieved by May 30, 2025. The undersigned agrees to pay the Owner as liquidated damages the sum of $101 for each consecutive calendar day that is in default after the Contract Time. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the Contract by Change Order.
