Immediate need for this repair is crucial. III. Description of Work: 1. Pre-Removal Operations: a. Disconnect and safely secure the Wi-Fi antenna. b. Remove the overhead shade structure. 2. Pump Disassembly and Removal: a. Disconnect all electrical components. b. Remove the 150 HP vertical turbine motor. c. Extract and remove the existing 65-foot pump shaft assembly. 3. Component Replacement and Reinstallation: a. Install a new pump shaft assembly and ground pedestal. b. Reinstall the pump motor and complete electrical connections. c. Set the proper operational gap in the bowl assembly to ensure peak hydraulic efficiency. d. Reinstall the oiler system to ensure proper bushing lubrication. 4. Finalization: a. Reinstall the overhead shade. b. Reconnect the Wi-Fi antenna and verify communication functionality.
