The Work Includes, but is Not Limited to, Guardrail Removal/replacement, Slope Flattening, Soft Spot Repair, and Roadway Resurfacing. Roadway Resurfacing Will Include Cement Treated Base (Ctb), and Bituminous Surface Treatment (Bst) on Approximately 1.68 Miles of Road, All in Accordance With the Plans, Special Provisions, and the Washington State Department of Transportation 2 025 Standard Specifications. This Project is Being Funded Through Wsdot Federal Aid No. Hsip-t120(003). Contractor Will Be Subject to All Federal and State Requirements Relating to the Use of Such Funds. Attention of Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirement as to the Condition of Employment to Be Observed and Minimum Wage Rates to Be Paid Under the Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities, Minor Defects, or to Reject Any or All Bids.
