The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, seeks a contractor to perform routine and nonroutine maintenance on elevators at Lower Granite Lock and Dam. All work must comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), manufacturer's instructions, ASME A17.1, ASME A17.2, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contract includes a base year from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026, with two option years extending through 31 October 2028. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror that meets or exceeds all solicitation requirements and offers the best value, as evaluated under FAR 13.106 and clause 52.212-2. Location: Lower Granite Lock and Dam, 1001 Lower Granite Road, Pomeroy, WA 99347
