Garfield County Public Works is seeking consulting firms for its consultant roster, with expertise in roadway design, structural design, environmental engineering, materials testing, construction inspection, construction management, and land surveying for various small improvement projects and other public works projects throughout the county that may involve local, state, and federal funding. Annual contracts may be awarded for materials testing and surveying services. Submittals should include firm name, phone and fax number, names of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager, number of employees, and a completed submittal Information Form as per Appendix 31.94 of the WSDOT Local Agency Guidelines. Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on key personnel, firm experience, ability to meet schedule, past performance/references, in-house expertise, familiarity with WSDOT/FHWA standards, and ability to provide federal small business enterprise (FSBE) participation. Double rating will be given to firm experience. Responses will be accepted throughout the year. Submit one copy of the Statement of Qualifications to the Garfield County Engineer.
