Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pomeroy, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Engineering & Design: Comprehensive design of a reinforced concrete boat ramp and floating dock system. Structural Assessment: Evaluation of existing underwater structures and ramp damage. Permitting: Coordination with the US Army Corps of Engineers and Washington State agencies for environmental compliance. Construction Support: Preparation of bid-ready documents, cost estimates, and technical specifications. Proposals must be submitted in writing and address all elements outlined in the full RFP document. Submission must be in hard copy format; email or faxed bids will not be accepted. Selection will be based on demonstrated expertise in marine infrastructure and "best-value" qualifications. Disadvantaged business enterprises and participation by Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged.
