Renovation of a fire / police facility in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Project consists of but not limited to Exterior renovations of the former Indian Orchard Fire Station. Renovations to include a new roofing system, masonry repairs and new painting. The City through its Department of Capital Assets and Construction is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement for exterior renovations to the former Indian Orchard Fire Station. Renovations to include a new roofing system, masonry repairs and new painting. Estimated cost of the project is One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00). Questions must be submitted in writing to the City (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) by close of business on 11/27/24 The City of Springfield goal of twenty percent (20%) MWBE participation applies. Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety Prevailing Wage rates apply. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to revoke, any or all bids, if in the public interest to do so
