The City of Saint Charles, Missouri is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the demolition of an existing building along with associated utility relocations. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit (Guaranty) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid and payable to the City of Saint Charles, Missouri. The Bid Deposit shall be enclosed in the envelope containing the bid. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance and Payment bond for one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to advertise for new bids if deemed necessary.
