Borough of Brookville, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, will receive Proposals for Janitorial services of the Borough Office Building at 18 Western Avenue, Brookville, PA and Memorial Park Bathrooms located on Sylvania Street, Brookville, PA. Proposals must include a certificate of insurance, monthly billing quote, and one employee willing to get or already having the CJIS certification to clean the police department. We are asking that the cleaning be done during office hours, which are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The scope of the cleaning: Borough office (includes the front open employee area and three private offices in the back, one office includes a private bathroom), Workers' Compensation Office, lobby, kitchenette, small conference room, large conference room, small public bathroom (upstairs), public bathrooms downstairs, stairwell from parking lot entrance, police station**, police gym room**, and Memorial Park bathrooms (seasonal). Stock extra toilet paper and paper towels in bathroom as needed. Daily Tasks: o Vacuum and mop all the floors in Borough office, Workers' Comp office, lobby, kitchenette, bathrooms, hallway, Police station, and gym o Take out garbage in Borough office, all bathrooms, both conference rooms, kitchenette, Workers' Comp. office, and police station *empty paper shredders in the offices when you do the garbage *the tax collector will leave her garbage out in the hall for pickup o Clean all the bathrooms: lobby, Dana's office, small bathroom upstairs, public bathrooms downstairs, Workers' Comp. office, police station, and their showers o Wipe down the kitchenette counter and the handles on all appliances o Wipe down the gym equipment in the police department **Police Department will be Monday, Wednesday, & Friday **Police Chief's office and bathroom are off limits Weekly Tasks: o Clean glass doors in the lobby o Clean the tables in both conference rooms *wipe off any chairs that appear dirty o Dust the offices, lobby, conference rooms: clear out any cobwebs, dust/wipe down all flat surfaces o Sweep and mop the stairwell - increased to daily during winter months for salt clean up Seasonal: Memorial Park bathrooms - May thru September o Clean toilets and sinks o Remove garbage o Stock up extra toilet paper and paper towels Monthly Tasks: o Wipe off fan blades in the lobby (2 fans) o Clean windows and wipe down window sills in Borough office, Workers' Comp office, both conference rooms, lobby o Clean the globe lights in the large conference room
