The work consists of the installation of 635 L.F. of 8 sanitary sewer, and all required appurtenances. Question Deadline 12/30/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered The Contractor shall, prior to submitting his proposal, visit the site of the Work for this Contract to familiarize himself with all the conditions which will affect the Work. A certified check or bid bond payable to or naming as obligee Brookville Municipal Authority in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must be deposited with the proposal. Bidders must submit with their bids the Non-Collusion Affidavit contained in the contract documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to execute the Agreement and to furnish and pay for performance and payment bonds, each of said bonds to be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, all in the respective forms provided in the Bidding Documents. Docs notes : Sets of documents may be obtained upon payment for each set of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($200.00). Payment is also accepted using VISA or MasterCard. There will be an additional charge for express delivery requests. Contract documents may also be obtained electronically at no charge. Bidding documents including plans, specifications and addenda must be obtained directly from the Engineer for a bid to be considered. The Brookville Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality and to award the contract as may be deemed by the Authority to be in their best interest.
