Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Brookville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work consists of construction of a TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane roof replacement including but not limited to all demolition/removal of existing EPDM and insulation system, TPO membrane system installation, final cleanup and all required appurtenances. The project is located at the Brookville Borough Complex in Brookville Borough, Jefferson County, PA. The current roof is aged Ballast EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) with a couple of active leaks. There is some ponding between drains. EPDM is pulling away in a couple of areas. The sections of roof to be replaced is approximately 11,900 square feet +/-. The work consists of construction of a TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane roof replacement including but not limited to all demolition/removal of existing EPDM and insulation system, TPO membrane system installation, final cleanup and all required appurtenances.
