The equipment shall be new and unused, and shall meet or exceed the attached specifications. Bid price shall include delivery and installation of the specified equipment as well as all other materials and services as described in the Bid Specifications. Equipment shall be installed at the Wild Horse Park, 1201 N. Mustang Road, Mustang, OK. Bids will be opened and read aloud on the above date by the City Clerk or her Designee. Bids will be reviewed by staff and recommendations made then placed on the next regularly scheduled meeting for Council's approval. Bids must be sealed and marked "EV Charger Project" with the name and address of the Bidder in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope and mailed or delivered to the attention of Tammi Noblitt, City Clerk, City of Mustang, 1501 N. Mustang Road, Mustang, Oklahoma 73064. All Bidders must sign Business Relationship, Anti-Collusion, a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, Certificate of Non-Discrimination Statements, and Verification of Non-Boycotting of Energy Companies. Each of these statements shall be submitted with the sealed bid. Failure to submit these required documents with a Bid shall be cause for rejection of the Bid. The City of Mustang is exempt from payment of Federal, State and local taxes. The City of Mustang reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. The City of Mustang further reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder. The City of Mustang further reserves the right to issue change-orders on awarded projects. SCOPE OF WORK The project being bid is for all of the following: Two (2) complete dual level III 200kW DC fast chargers and associated equipment, charger provisioning, software and data plan, warranty and monitoring, and remote service diagnostics; All architectural and engineering design necessary for the installation of two (2) - 200kW electric vehicle chargers at Wild Horse Park; All site work necessary for the installation of two (2) - 200kW electric vehicle chargers at Wild Horse Park including coordination with utility provider for utility provider installation of infrastructure necessary for connection to the City's electric provider; The bid includes comprehensive training for city staff to ensure familiarity with and effective operation of the EV charging equipment.
