A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project involves the construction of a 25.214 square foot micro hospital to be located at 550 Vildo Rd. Bolivar, TN 38008. The facility will include: 6 Inpatient Rooms o Emergency Room with 12 treatment beds 4 Negative Pressure Rooms Radiology, Laboratory, and Pharmacy services 4 Outpatient Treatment Rooms 2 Ambulance bays The estimated overall budget for the project is $23,747,647, with the construction portion of the budget estimated at $12,607,000. The project is anticipated to start design work on January 15, 2025, and must be completed by June 30, 2026.
