This project will address connectivity issues at Mills Parks in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The proposed path will form a loop more than a mile long, connecting the various park facilities, creating safe routes along Mills Park Road and Proffitt Road, connecting residents to the school, community center and mass transit hub. This project is funded by a Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) Local Parks and Recreation Fund (LPRF) grant. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any formalities.
