** As of 1/20/2025 project has been awarded to Sagres Construction with $310,048.32.** Task Order Contract: Only 2 approved GC bidders: Sagres Construction Flippo Construction The Work shall be done in accordance with the Technical Specifications and Plans provided as separate attachments in Portable Document Format (PDF). The following attachments will be provided as separate PDFs to the TO: 1. Attachment 1, Madison Street and North St. Asaph Street Sewer Replacement Plans . 2. Attachment 2, Madison Street and North St. Asaph Street Sewer Replacement Technical Specifications B. The Work consists of the following: o Replace of 35 feet of existing 10-inch storm sewer pipe with 5-inch pipe along N. St Asaph St on the west side of the Madison Street and N St. Asaph intersection. o Replace 38 feet of existing 12-inch combined sewer pipe with 21-inch pipe along Madison Street on the South side of the intersection. o Relocation of 10-inch storm sewer connecting to the new 21 inch pipe on Madison Street. o Install two 5 ft manholes and a 96-inch curb drop inlet. 2. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the repair Work. 3. The cost of incidental work for which there are no specific Contract Items, shall be considered as part of the general cost of doing the Work and shall be included in the prices for the various Contract Items. No additional payment will be made therefore. 4. The Contractor shall provide and maintain such modern plant, tools, and equipment as may be necessary, to perform in a satisfactory and acceptable manner all the work required by this Contract. Only equipment of established reputation and proven efficiency shall be used. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the adequacy of his workmanship, materials and equipment, prior approval by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) notwithstanding.
